You can’t out exercise a bad diet! You’ve heard that before, I’m sure and it’s TRUE!

Just because a candy bar has 210 calories, doesn’t mean just exercise to burn 210 calories and you have voided the damage. Even though you may have burned those calories, the quality of ingredients and what it is made up of, will cause negative effects in your body.

This brings me to why it’s CRITICAL to know how to best schedule a daily meal plan for yourself to get results in losing weight.

“I honestly eat healthy”, “YUCK, I’d never eat fried foods”, “I workout 6 days a week”, “I only eat vegetables, fruits, and protein, that’s it”

And so on…

A LOT of the problem comes down to:

  • Not eating enough calories per day to lose weight
  • Eating the wrong types of foods
  • Replacing natural foods with “diet” or processed foods.

In general, the more natural the food item, the better the results.

HOW DO YOU PREP AND SET UP YOUR 21 DAY FIX MEAL PLAN?

For me, I don’t like to think too much. If I have to think, then I’m moving on into the pantry and grabbing a boat load of chocolate chips, cheese-itz, and more! I kept it simple, started by following the suggested meal plan in the booklet, and tweaking it to match my likes, the containers I needed, and the timing of my meals.
