I travel a lot and often have to get a quick workout in – in the airport, in the hotel, in the lobby.  Yes, I have done workouts in all of these places, just to make sure I did SOMETHING!

Sure, people may look at me funny…but that’s OK.  Often, I have had complete strangers join me 🙂 Folks don’t mind looking a little crazy – when they are not looking crazy by themselves…..
