Working in a HospitalI’d use SLIM FAST secretly, eating sugar free jello with grapes in it for the day to lose weight. I worked in a hospital, and the string tie color would tell the world what size scrubs you were in. I desperately would seek out the “largest” yellow strings and hoard them so I could stay in a small. But- my weight would constantly yo-yo from bad habits.
I didn’t know any better. I’d constantly search for a weight loss shake.  I was also in my 20’s and that’s all I had available to me.
Took me years to learn how your body, especially as it gets older, really can work for you to shed fat. You don’t have to spend hours exercising each day!
